Curious and passionate, with a deep love for texture, colour and pattern, Shari Chong is always eager to share her love for the Arts with others. A graduate from the School of Art, Design & Media in NTU, she has showcased her work online, at Grapheme, a Zine Exhibition, at the Luminance! Youth Art Festival at Scape, and at a:edge, an Art Teachers’ Exhibition at SOTA. She is currently in Arts Education and her life’s goal is to use the Arts to inspire and encourage others to believe in themselves and to make a different in the lives of those around them.
The objective of the Room For Change is to inspire us to think about where change comes from and how it starts with something small and personal. A Changing Room is where we change our clothes and come out new, fresh and clean. An athlete in a Changing Room is readying his or herself for battle. Upon entering this Changing Room we hope you will be inspired to make a change, record it using social media (#ihaveroomforchange) and emerge with new resolve and determination, to fight for a better society.
